Ported to Cell C a week ago, so many problems

So I jumped on the band wagon and switched to Cell C and their low prices. I received my S4, ported my number a day later, and it was cool. Then a few days later, couldn't send SMS's but could receive them... a few days later, couldn't do anything, SMS, s nor phone calls, receive or make. Now iv been on the phone all morning, i understand the customer care agents don't know whats going on. Iv done all I could, battery out, SIM out, SIM in another phone, the works, iv narrowed it down to my SIM. I received an SMS with a reference number, the fault has been "escalated" that's great and all, but how I am gonna know if its fixed if at any time I cannot receive SMS's nor phone calls? The complaint really comes from the fact that cancelled my previous contract, paid that fee, and now have to sit with horrible reception (most times roaming on vodacom who I left) and actually on the phone with customer care more than anyone else on a regular basis complaining about something new. This is unacceptable. Your ads are great. And its easy to switch, but your service is poor. I am not happy paying for "service" when im not receiving service. please fix guys.
