My contract was cancelled last year and it took months to be refunded. Then all went quiet now 4months later I receive a e mail stating if I do not pay my outstanding total my cell services will be disconnected. Worked with a Lomarie van Dyk (she was very pleasant) but this is not being sorted out. I have a pay as you go since last year. Vodacom refunds then claims back for a service I do not even have!
