Being an MTN customer for 8years now, I decided to upgrade my contract.
Spoke to Nomaza and experience the worst customer service ever.
Sounded like it was her first day on the job with no formal training.
long story short, I said maybe I shouldn't upgrade now because my current airtime and data will fall away.
She gave me this attitude and she said "Okay, the upgrade has been cancelled". I was trying to say hold on, it's fine, you can go ahead with it. She totally ignored me then she told me that the cancellation already went through, she cant do it again and she cut me off.
When i called back to speak to the manager, I was told that she was "unavailable"
Looks like my 8 years with MTN has come to an end.
