I purchase my airtime via cellphone banking (Standard Bank). My bank account was being debited yet I have not received the airtime. When i report this to MTN, I was originally told they do not have any reflection of any airtime that was purchased, as a result, I was requested to fax my bank statement as proof of the transactions. It has been a week now with no feedback or information on the action been action without me requesting it. Upon receiving feedback, i was then told that the airtime has been credited to my phone and has been used. No documentation/ screen shots or any sort of proof that the airtime was loaded and used. I am just been told it was loaded and used by Prenivan Govender (call centre agent) who and gave his name as James. IS THIS NOT? Supply me with proof that the airtime has been used just as i have supplied them with my proof that my account was debited.
