Pre paid airtime purchase not allocated

On Saturday 28 December 2013 an airtime to the value of R100 was purchased at Jabulani Mall ABSA Bank ATM and receipt of successful transaction was issued for mobile number 0837816426. Unfortunately the airtime is not transferred or allocated to the above number. I called the number on the receipt 0118088900 to query the matter was sent from pillar to post without any help and eventually was told to go to the bank.

On Monday 30 December 2013 I went to the ABSA Bank in Jabulani Mall and was told the money is in the MTN account I have to clarify the matter with the service provider. Unfortunately they are unable to resolve the matter I am put on hold for a long time and transferred from one agent to the next and they still fail to allocate the money forthe prepaid airtime to the above mobile number.

Peter I need your intervention please assist me.
