After a previous complaint on Hello Peter, I was so lucky to receive a "cut & paste response". What brilliant customer service... Asked to please be phoned, also still waiting for that to happen.
After originaly promised to have my iphone 5 mid Feb, we are now heading for mid March. Just phoned call centre, to be told they received stock last week but was not enough.
Asked to speak to a team leader as I am really upset... and guess what... I was cut off, thus I would need to phone the call centre again and stay on the line for half an hour more...
