DISGUSTED WITH CELL C

After posting a report on 26/02/13 regarding Cell C & the 6 week wait I've had for my new iPhone 5, here I sit again, with even more complaints to write about. After writing the complaint, I was quickly sent a response & assured they will get back to me. Well I still have had no response so decided to phone their Call Centre, AGAIN.

I have phoned 7 times last week & 3 times today to get an answer as to when I will be receiving my phone & I have got pretty much 10 different answers. I then asked for somebody in a Management position to call me as well as the lady Lorato Luthuli who was the lady who did my original application. Still, NOTHING.

All of the Call Centre employees have different excuses as to why I don't have my phone yet. The last chap seemed to feel bad & tell me that Cell C are actually OUT OF STOCK of the iPhone and have been since the 18th February.

Come on guys, is this the best you have to offer? I changed from Vodacom to you, hoping to get rid of DISGUSTING service, but seems it's just added time & stress that has changed between the 2 networks. Oh, & my number has already been ported without me receiving the new phone! Plain & simple ignorance & inconvenience
