Hi, I signed up with Cell C direct on Dec 31 2012 for a straight up 200 iPhone 5 contract.
I was supposed to receive:
1. An iphone 5 16Gb
2. 200 anytime minutes,
3. 200 SMS
4. 200 300 MB data
My complaint is: I haven't received my iPhone 5 (or even an expected date of delivery)
And neither have I received the additional 300 mb. I only got 200 mb.
I called the call centre 4 or 5 times regarding this. Each time I was told that a "team leader" or "supervisor" will call me within 24 hrs.
Nothing has happened. Nobody phoned!
The is very frustrating. Who else do I turn to?
