A while back HelloPeter assisted me with a problem i was having with both FNB and CellC regarding a data package that hadn't been delivered. I'm glad to say they eventually arranged for the correct parcel to be delivered but now the only problem is that I've been trying to call their customer service so i can activate the card and i havent been able to get through but they went ahead and deducted the monthly fee from my account without checking with me if i was happy with the parcel and whether it had been delivered. now im stuck with a micro sim card that hasnt been activated.
