Over a period of MONTHS, I have complained to them about their billing; latest bill indicates /- 50 sms's - I don't sms, I BBM & Whatsapp - I might send 6 sms's a month. Every month "SA originating Sms's total exc VAT = 0.00" ..on the invoice; however the statement reflects SMS charges at 38.60. "Number dialled for sms's on invoice is a long list of "NV's" - Autopage (Westwood Mall) couldn't fathom what NV stood for; I suggested "not valid" and was on the receiving end of a blank stare. My last bill totalled 9 pages - of what I would call garbage. Pages & pages of "NV" sms's and internet (in the middle of the night and early morning and working hours). When I originally called the customer care number, a kind soul assured me she would look into it as it seemed someone was using my phone as a modem; I have heard nothing. I have been to Autopage in Westwood Mall twice - no-one is particularly interested or perturbed. Contract ends December - goodbye Autopage.
