I posted a complaint on 25 Feb re my Samsung Galaxy S3 that went in to Vodacom for repairs< charger port faulty>. (job nr 8565176) The phone came back with so called water damage and with some 'wet & sticky' substance inside it. I received feedback from Hellopeter but from Vodacom I only received an insignificant photo via e-mail. This photo is supposed to prove the alleged water damage, which I am not responsible for. Further than that no communication from Vodacom whatsoever.
