Still no feedback on 3G problem in Worceste

Hi

After five days I am still waiting for Tsepho to phone me.

To my mind Cell C is dishonest in selling an iPhone to someone in Worcester without informing the prospective customer that for most of the time Worcester doesn't have 3G data coverage. At the moment I am using an average of 8 MB data per day, unthinkable for someone with an iPhone.

I am strongly considering to cancel my contract with Cell C, offering that I pay for the phone and nothing more, and to bear whatever legal consequences may come my way.

Contributing factors to such a decision will be the fact that up to this day no-one from Cell C has been able to inform me how to purchase an sms bundle (the *147# string only gives me the option to buy data bundles, not sms bundles), and the customer services helpline 084140 is so overloaded that it's a practical impossibility to get through to a consultant (as opposed to the 084145 line for new contracts where one gets a very friendly answer within seconds, only to be asked to address one's query to 084140).
