Vodacom
Edge is off on Blackberry

Hi

Ive been trying to phone vodacom customer care on 111. I get through but then when i get transferred to a consultant, i get disconnected.

My Blackberry is showing edge in lower caps and i cant access the internet or my BBM.

I would like to know what is going on with vodacom, i mean i pay for my contract every month and am using a BB curve 8520 and this is the service i get!!

Can someone please contact me regarding this matter.
