GETTING THROUGH TO CUSTOME CARE NUMBER

I have been trying for a week to get hold of vodacom cancellations 0821958. Hold on for ever and then the phone just cuts off. I have phoned their 111 helpline to ask if there is an alternate number of if they can give me an email address but they insist I have to phone the above number. Very frustrating they pretend to care when you applying for a new contract but wont let you go
