BAD SERVICE

Since Monday the 14.10.2013 i have had NO Internet connection on my phone with CELL C at my home or workplace. when i contacted Cell C i was told that they are working on the problem but they can not tell me when it will be fixed. And the attitude of the call centre staff is they upgrading the system so live with it you may have a connection by December this is NOT acceptable and when i asked to speak to the CEO i was told that is not possible. Cell C WHEN will i be back on line???
