Non transparency in call centre

As per call from a consultant from you department who sold me a 2 gig data package for R99 per month it stated only an amount of R99
I have been debited R689 I have never received a statement or text messages of my bills
i called your call centre and i was given the worst service in the world the bladdy agent was sooo rude and i was promised to be called back on friday afternoon and so far i have heard nothing!!!
