To whom it May Concern:
I reported that my home telephone line was making funny interference noises as well as my internet not working on the 17th May 2013. A technician came out on the 18th May 2013. He checked everything and said that there is a problem on the exchange or something and will be back - he never did come back. But i still could not connect to the net and my telephone line still had the irritating noise. So i called back on Monday the 20th, I was told that the problem was fixed and the incident closed or something. Apparently I was moved on the exchange or port from a congested line to another but still could not connect to the internet. I was told they would escalate my query. I phoned again on Tuesday the 21st, Thursday the 23rd and today the 24th. Each time I was told that the problem was reported at Telkom and a technician would come out - I am not sure in which life time he is coming out because it is now over a week. Every call I was told that my modem is not syncing and they cannot pick it up - I tried everything I was told to do and still nothing. I am on the uncapped option and my account is upto date so i cant see what the problem is - PLEASE HELP!!!
