Im not paying forn a service i cant use

I sign a contract for a BB 9300. the contract stated that the 1st 3 months the BIS would be free, there after i would have to pay. however after that 3 months the BIS was off untill today. so im paying for i service that i cant use the contract is 6months old. i took the phone back after i contacted the call centre. the branch then told me i need to replace my sim card, which i did. they then send me home. aftre a day or 2 i was back with the same problem this time they send me to canalwalk and then to tygervalley centre. i returned with the same problem the de-activated my BIS nd re- activated the BIS. the problem was still there. then they booked my phone in for a whole month and it retured still not working. i am cancelling my debit order because im not paying for a service i cant use.
