On the 30/01/2013 i handed my phone in for repairs as it was 'freezing' and the power button was faulty. About a week later i was called to collect the phone, when the phone was handed to me i realised that the cover was cracked in two places and that the LCD had been damaged and now not working at all. I left the phone at the store requesting that the phone be repaired properly or replaced. It has now been more than a month without any success and its becoming really frustrating.
