Itc listing

My contract expired last here I called vodacom to inform them I would like to convert to prepaid from the end of September 2012 which they did for me. To my astonishment I applied for vehicle finance only to realize that I was listed for r350 by vodacom for the month of September 2012. When I enquirer with vodacom they told me they do not debit your end of contract installment but has to be paid separately. What shocks me is I received no notification whatsoever that I was owing them this monies and never had a problem paying them their subs every month as I was with them for two contract terms with no problem whatsoever. I applied for a new contract at the sandton city store and was approved while I waited yet nobody even mentioned an outstanding amount.
I did not take the contract as the sandton store quoted me a different subscription when I did an enquiry as to time of signing the contract.
Vodacom please do not lose a loyal customer over the in efficiency of your accounts department Remove my listing as you are affecting my credit profile that I have maintained over the past 20years
