21/10/2013 I handed in my Sony Ericson Z at Nashua Mokopane Mall with no damages or defects to my phone. The complaint- My password was blocked and according to the store manager that they don't have the new software to reset it in the store, my phone need to be send away to be reset. An hour later I went back to the store to collect my sim card and memory card, to find the store is closed due to a armed that took place. A month later I received a quote for R4198.80!!! description SCREEN DAMAGED/CRACKED!!! The nashua staff send confirmation back to there Head office that the phone was NOT cracked at the time when I handed in my phone. Last week I was notified that I need to pay half of the R4198.80 and I responded that I do not except this because my phone was not damaged/ cracked. It is now going for 3 months and I still did not received my phone back!!! My phone is my means of income because 95% of my work is conducted through my phone and I can not work without a proper phone.
