My phone has been sent away for 4 repairs 4 times since 1 March and end of May 2013. the problem was the internet freezing. Upon collecting my phone from being repaired for the fourth time on 21 May I requested an engineer's report to outline what was actually wrong with my phone. I was denied this. I also discovered that the back cover of my phone had been broken. I was blamed for breaking the cover even though it was not broken before I sent it away for repairs, thus it was broken whilst being repaired. I was then told that a new cover would be given to me. on 27 May Gaynor told me that the cover was ready for collection but when i went to the store to collect it on 31 May the staff could not find it. I emailed Gaynor for updates on 1 & 7 June for an update but received no reply about about the cover. I want the cover couriered to my home. My phone still freezes on occassion but the warranty has expired. Worst service ever!
