Telkom has overloaded my exchange since last week Friday, it has now been 5 days and my 4 meg line is running at 70 Kibts/s.
Telkom have not informed me (no suprise) that they will be overloading my exchange and now my internet at home is so slow i can barely load google, In the last couple of months they have been overloading my exchange more frequently and it is really starting to annoy me, I am paying for a 4 meg line and im getting far from what i am paying for it, surely i can take this to the consumer commisson for not getting what i have paid for?
Telkom can you please stop overloading my exchange as it is not funny anymore and i have had enough of you giving me really slow internet.
