Good day Peter

i have problem with my new cell phone i revved on the 25 of Febuary 2013,

I phoned the call center the same night for hep with the software, the agent told me to take it to my nearest vodacom store so that they can have a look, but wen i wend there i was told to take it to Benoni branch when i got her they told me thy could not help me because is was not there pone, and that i had to pone the upgrade department, that is what i did but n did not get no answer to the call center, i got thru to one of vodocom's call centers they trans ferd me to the update department but no answer, i ask the agent to speak to a supervisor or manger but was said that they was in a meeting, he send an e mail to them with my pone and email addres and the complaint, but no one came back to me And the 7 Day period i had to return the phone ends 5 March 2013

can you please tel me who can i speak to in this matter please
