I have a blackberry 9300 on contract it has been giving me problems from day one! it finally gave up within 6months! the first time I sent it in it started acting up the next month! I sent it in again an they returned it back with out fixing it! I rebooked it an the next day they told me to pick it up its ready! only to find out they didn fix it again! I'm off! because I've been paying for a broken pone for 3months! so the repair centre tells me its unrepairable dats it! no uda infomation! so I finally got threw to the repair centre! they told me dat on their system it says my pones been repaired! so this guy tells me to rebook it so repair centre can c my pone has been booked in 3 times within 6months they need to give me a new one! so I go in store to rebook an they tell me they can't! I call customer care to query they tell me my pone has liquid damage! so y nt tell me the first time y make me run up an down! y tell me to fetch a new pone! he tells me I can't get anuda one because of the liquid damage!! nw I'm stuck with dis broken pone 4 18 months an I still gota pay for it
