Not receiving InContact messages. Call center wont

For a while now i have not been receiving most of the incontact alerts. I only receive about 10% of the alerts.
Phoning FNB to find out why not i got told that it might be my phone or maybe you are blocking these messages.
The funny thing is that my account is setup to send both SMS and Email notifications. I do not receive either. Not my phone then!
The call center agent told me ha can't do anything for me and i have to phone someone else the next day. I told him if i don't get messages i will from now on report every transaction a, just to try and get him to wake up and do something. His response to that... OK, i will transfer you to the department.
His supervisor, there were apparently no managers working at 17:30, gave me the same answers. He promised me a phone call back the next day to follow up on my situation. Guess what... no phonecall. The super also gave me an email address for his manager... this mail address does not exist.
The answer to the "How can we help you? " slogan must be something like "we don't really want to. please speak to someone else" or "we don't care, go away". Well that my experience at least.
FNB is pathetic. I'm going to Steve's Bank!
