After spending 2 ours at Voda World to arrange a sim swop and a new sim card for my Ipad VALDINAH assured us all is working and done, imagine my surprise when i get home and neither of them are working!!! actually not surprised at all what can you expect from incompetent staff that are untraiined and uneducated...

dwayne att he call centre accuses me of giving him fraudualent information to obtain a sim card his arrogance was extreme...

my daughters phone uses a wifi connection and hardly ever gets recharged, she won a compettion sometime last year and it gave her R5 air time which she loaded, VODACOM EXPECTS THE EXACT DATE FOR THE RECHARGE seriously there are retail stores selling Starter packs all RICA to them and VODACOM turns a blind eye, i was offered a cellphone at a retailer and turned it down as i did not have documentation on me only to be told NO DONT WORRY we will just put it on our name!!! 1

HERE i am i have an address an ID number and a talk 1000 package, i am verified and rica and FICa and everything but this is not good enough for VODACOM!! I dont expect a repsonse from this as VODACOM DOES NOT ACTUALLY GIVE A!!!
