BAD service & contract handelled wrong

On the 9th of October I upgraded online- first of all it stated next day delivery. They only delivered the phone on Tuesday. The next morning I discovered what the consultant did- instead of upgrading my contract they just opened a new one. I phoned Vodacom- I spend almost 2 hours phoning back and forth- when I decided that I would rather try and go to Vodacom customer care store in Sandton City later the day as I wasn't getting anywhere. I went later that day- explained my situation to the lady- she sent an email explaining everything- and stated specifically that I would like them to contact me regarding this and stated a time when they could phone me. Thursday morning came- no phone call. I went back to Vodacom customer care on Saturday to enquire what is happening to my query- the treatment I received from the manager and store was SCHOCKING to say the least- I tried to explain the situation the lady (Tsholofelo Move) she would not listen- I couldn't believe the treatment I was receiving from a MANAGER. She eventually refused to help me and proceeded to tell me no-one in the store will help me & got up and left her desk. I refuse to be treated in this way.
