SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE & RECEPTION FROM CELL C

I have contacted Cell C on many occasion both on a store level and telephonically with their customer service desk. I never have reception at home and I have spoken to both the manager and assistant manager at Sandton City Cell C as well as the help desk. They never did anything about my issue and on a couple of occasions they promised to rectify the problem.

The store manager Neren gave me his contact number and promised to sort it out. Not only did he do nothing but he gave me the wrong number. When I went to the store to complain he was conveniently on leave and I dealt with the assistant manager. This man named Devesh sent head office an email on my behalf and I STILL havent heard anything back!

I want to be compensated for such bad service and such shocking cellular signal!!!
This is not the way a customer should be treated!!!
