Continued billing long after cancelling

I finally cancelled my contract with MTN in october of 2012. And to my amazement i was 100% correct... when i cancelled the contract in the first place i knew you would not get this right... because 3 people i know have had the same issue with MTN.

I cancelled the contract at the MTN in Eastrand Mall and i am still getting billed every month from MTN. What a disgusting disgrace you have proved to be. Now please give my money back. Thank you.
