Mtn has been my service provider for the past 10 years and i have never had any problems.
It all started in October last year when i upgraded to a BB9360. Half way through November the phone was broken and i booked it in for repairs. Two weeks later i received a refurbished phone and it was broken. mid Dec was called to collect my phone and that phone was not working as well.
Mind you i am paying for the phone. Everytime i go there i get told a different story. I decided not to pay for it but they went as far as suspending my number.
Today is the 13 Jan 2013, i still dont have a phone that i am paying for.
I have decided to cancel my contract with MTN and all of my family members & friends will be doing the same.
The only thing they care about is MONEY, Customer satisfactory does not exist in their vision.
I dont have an experiences with other MTN's only the one in Knowles centre!!
i should be getting what i am paying for but that seems not to bother them
