Vodacom/Homemark phoned me 2 weeks ago stating that Vodacom would like to send me a prize and she just want my details so I can get the prize, so she took my office address for delivery and everything, and she Stated explicitly that I will not be paying anything extra only my normal Vodacom account. So this morning my Debit order went off and I saw it is more than the normal amount, so I phoned Vodacom and they told me I took out a contract 2 weeks ago! So I am in the process of them listening to the recording etc but still this is crazy, they give you a Prize and you pay for it! its unacceptable and Illegal if you ask me.
