Data Usage that no one can explain where it went

I am having a major problem with data usage and no one can explain where the data was used.

I recieved a sms to say my normal 500meg and my 500meg add on bundle has been depleted on the 2nd of March. Ontop of this data I have also been billed close to R400 for data used outside of the bundles.

No one at the call centre can give me a solid answer of where all this data went. I usally use this amount of data for the whole month but accourding to the call centre all data was used in one session on the 1st of March / 2nd of March at 5am in the morning. Now appart from the fact that I sleep at that time no one else has access to my phone.

I also dont have auto updates on either software of e-mail so I fail to see where all this data went to. I find it highly unacceptable that the call centre says well you have used it and now out of bundle rates apply. Who knows next month I will get a bill for R5000 and just get the same answer?

Please I need to have this sorted out and the out of bundle rates reversed ASAP.
