I purchased a 100GB data bundle from Cell C, and am using this in the Joburg CBD. Anytime between 9am and 4pm on weekdays one has approx a 10% chance of establishing a connection.
I have placed numerous calls to Cell C's technical desk, with assurances to investigate, but alas no feedback or resolution has been forthcoming over a 3 week period of complaining (Call references 1747206 and 1750740)
R2, 500 wasted on a service which Cell C claim to provide...
