I am so annoyed with this company - seriously thinking of changing providers as this company has since day 1 given me hassles. My cell phone was upgraded in December at one of their "Outlets* and I distinctly requested that they put me down as cash payment. On the 15th of January they try to debit an account that I no longer use (costing me unnecessary bank charges) and then block my number saying that its in arrears??? How can you be in arrears if you just started a new contract in December??? They then block my phone and now they want to charge me re connection fees?? When I phone the call centre - this person is so rude and scolding at me like I don't know what I am taking about????
How can one person have so many problems with the same company??? This would be the Third complaint from me already --- flabbergasted
