My account was debit with R601 in January 2013, because i have not used the sim card in December i contacted Cell c on the 1st of February 2013, the consultant who helped me was very helpful she told me what has been happening on the number and i asked her to block the number, she said she did unfortunately she didnt block it, she then advised me to reverse the amount in my account and that i shall be called within 48hrs. No one contacted me then on wednesday the 6th February 2013 i was called by a consultant from account asking why i had reversed the payment i explained the story all over again and he was kind enough to actually log an investigation and block the SIM, another 48 hrs lapsed no one called. today 14 feb 2013 i get call by a consultant who says i requested a sim swop which i never did because i specifically asked for the number to be blocked. I would actually like a person who knows what going on to call me so that i can ensure that my account is up to date. i have had a relationship with cell c for a while now and am starting to doubt if i should continue if this is how they treat their clients.
