Incorrect billing / not informed / manager laughs

I am disgusted and terribly angry at Autopage.

I have just taken out a contract with Autopage, I was under the impression my premium is R329 a month ALL INCLUSIVE. i received my first statement its R552 a month - a far cry from R329.

I was not informed about pro rata billing I was not informed of raised costs.

To top it off after holding forever for customer service i was simply told i cant help you phone your branch. Which i did and teh MANAGER Tshidi - LAUGHED AT ME - adding to my frustration and utter disgust at this so called company that has ZERO respect for clients.

the contract I signed said R329 a month not R552 therefore that is what i am paying. Will someone sort this out or i will put a block on the debit order and you will not get your money till its sorted
