Company claims they can't trace money paid to them

Ef no 4011801165, my cell phone acc was in arrears for the month of december, I then made a cash payment on the 11th of Jan an amount of 275 with the banking details that I was sent via sms, okay! On the 15th of the same month a debit was made on my bank account which I wasn't aware of until I consulted my nominated acc, I then decided to call in cellc call centre regarding the matter, I was told to sent proof of payment which I did, still no luck, they telling me the amount does not reflect on their system and that I must re-email proof of payment, how many times must I email inorder for me to get help?
