Hi Hello Peter and Vodacom..
I have a huge problem with THIS network that i pay every month. I use one Vodacom Contact for work and keep the phone on me when i travel. Then i have another contract that i keep as a home phone and Modem for internet. Vodacom does not have any internet or any good connection at my house in (DURBANVILLE) Cape Town .. ( NOT BUSH TREE 101) DURBANVILLE!! So now i cant phone from my house the internet does not work and i pay for the service. Vodacom came out to my house and said that there is a problem with the TOWER and they will fix it sometime next year. Like what??? I asked what the short term is and i just get left in the dark. Do i keep the HOME contract or not? Must i pay for this contact and not really use it or use it but when i make a phone call speak for a min then get disconnected and then no signal and and and... I needed to make a call and was cut off 15 times in less that 10 minutes and spoke for maybe 3 mins!!
This really as i have been with Vodacom for like ever and now they wont help me. They dont even know who they send to my house and the dude that must report back to me is gone!!! What do i do? Vodacom1432
