Ad reception and poor service feedback

I have taken a 10 gig contract from 8ta over a few months and no reception at my residence and queried numerous times to them they tried to fix problem but now no response being received.i have taken contract from 8ta pavillion and before taking contract they checked reception for my area and told me sherwood has full coverage but this is not true no coverage from day 1.
this is not acceptable but they dont forget to debit account for contract for service not provided and i have 2 contracts paying for nothing but refuse to refund or stop debits.they did send a company to place an external aerial and a box in ceiling but now as i know they are suppose to pay me a rental for aerial as it will sort entire area plus the box is connected to electricity and i must pay additional account for their contract & if i cancel it they must move aerial and box I am willing to sort aerial and box & keep contract nut they must pay me or give me both contracts for free which i think is only fair.
