I have been struggling with Mtn to come and test the signal strength since April 2013. I went to the Meyerton branch 4 times. Once I phoned the Mtn coverage department myself I was told that no complaint has been made by the Meyerton branch and they will sort it out asap. They told me that someone will contact me within 10 working days. I am still waiting. I am very disappointed with the non existing service I have received. I want to be re imbursed for the modem I purchased. I also want to be reimbursed for the phone calls I had to make regarding this problem as well as for my fuel I had to waste driving to the Mtn store. I would rather make use of a service provider that will assist me in situations like this.
