The Telkom Direct Clearwater branch can't get a new service activated for 3 weeks, issue multiple wrong SIM cards, let you come in multiple times to the branch and still mix up sim cards and issue you with other people's sims, you can never get hold of them on the line even if you leave a message, their staff simply passes the buck and say "I've done my part', they don't know how to differenciate between accounts, tell you a new service has been connected by phoning old numbers (even if you provide the new sim number they'll phone the old number), tell you they can't do anything about it over a weekend as the 'back-office' is closed, etc. The time it takes is simply not worth the service. And then after all of this they simply say 'come into the branch with your ID and we'll solve it all for you'! Why would the fourth time be any different? Every time one must cancel meetings, drive from work, stand in queues so they can waste one's time. Unbelievable! At least the Branch Manager's manager, Lucia, tries to resolve things and keeps her promises. The only star!
