I have been trying everyday for a full week to get through to Telkom's call centre as I wish to cancel my Telkom line, but without any success. I just cannot get through to the call centre. How am I supposed to cancel my line? Our Telkom branch closed in our town and when I am able to go the other branches, they are closed.
