1st Issue: (27 February) My line was suspended before I went on holidays in december - I paid the account to lift the suspension, then the account was suspended for January and February. I couldn't use my line and I got the full bill for the two months. I settled the account and requested Cancelation - I was transfered by LUMKA in accounts and was asked to hold the line - I waited for 45 minutes! I called again and was put on hold for an hour! then I went to the nearest telkom direct store to cancel in person. They told me to use their phone - again I was on hold for 30 minutes, then told by the attendant "sorry theres nothing I can do".
2nd Issue: I was told by LUMKA that my account was being debited for the past (at least 3 years) for a service I never signed up for and never used. He said that telkom will refund me but first I need to cancel the account - then he transfered me -- I waited for 45 minutes!
EXTREMELY frustrated EXTREMELY disappointed!
