Phoned Telkom Call centre & Accounts in early March 2013 to cancel 2 x indoor extensions, as building alterations done to home, & the 2 x extensions had been removed...no longer in use. Asked Telkom to cancel charge for them on my account every month @ R12.96pm x 2 = (R25, 92 per month).
Telkom sent out an service technician, to install extra indoor extensions.
HENCE confusion!! No please cancel them PLEASE.
Phoned Telkom call centre AGAIN.. numerous times for Cancellations dept...got cut off several times. Phoned Accounts dept, to check that the extensions had been cancelled...but no it has NOT been cancelled, Request a backdated credit & cancellation on those 2 x extensions immediately. So frustrated!!
