LINE TO BE RELOCATED

I recently applied for my line to be relocated online, as well as over the phone. They then told me that it would take up to 7 days for a technician to come out and install my line. I received an sms 4 days ago that my application has been processed but they cannot yet tell me when they will b coming out to install my new line, they have not contacted me since. No update, no nothing. I experience extreme bad service from telkom ever since me and my family decided that we were going to install an ADSL line. My billing a month is over R1500, which i pay with no complaint and/or hassle, just to receive bad service, if service at all. I use my telephone line and ADSL line to work from home, and with no connection i cannot get an income. Can anyone please assist me in letting me know when a technician will come out, and when i will get my line relocated?
