Phoning without permission

I have been trying to get my nr off CellC's marketing list for the past few months, but to no avail!

I went through a whole process Nov2012, and got the nr off, got them to take off that there is permission on to use the nr.

Now in Feb2013, I am contacted again by them - nobody can tell me why, where they got my number or anything - and get this, when I wanted to speak to the supervisor's manager - I was not allowed to get the nr, as people would just contact it randomly!!! Well, that is what you are doing, and I want an answer as to why and where.

went through escalations at CellC, they are ignoring the matter, and, also, CellC just ignoring it.

I want to be contacted by CellC and want an explanation as to why I was contacted by them!
