I want a refund!

It seems that the only way to something sorted is to go to Hello Peter! i have been contacting your Call centre for a week now and still nobody can tell me what the problem is and as for your technicians looking at it and getting back to me, its rubbish!!! As i have told about 5 agents, my BIS service has not worked since the beginning of February during the day during the week and now on weekends too. On my screen it remains on GSM and once or twice comes back, but not even long enough for me to reply to a message! I have done EVERYTHING that these agents have told me to the point that i could be your next agent! I have been with Cell C since forever and now cant wait for my contract to expire! if i knew Cell C couldn't handle the BIS service then i would have gone with another netwrok. Since my BIS doesn't work I now have to spend more money on sms' and phone calls which is unfair! i feel that i should be at least refunded for the full month of February for the malfunctioning BIS and up until this gets fixed!!! How long must this go on for?? Its now getting RIDICULOUS and I just dont know what to do anymore!!!
