Regret going to Cell C

This is an addition to a previous report iv logged on this site on having constant problems with my bbm application download on Samsung mini s3 long story short been told its not cell c problem its 3rd party application which is still a extremely difficult pill to swallow as its very easy to sell a product which STILL don't work and then not take responsibility. to add to everything I go to Cell C pavilion walk in centre at about mid day today asking for some help with this pathetic bbm download to get told they cant help me because apparently the one agent is on training and the other in a meeting. HOW DO YOU LEAVE YOUR POINT OF EMPLOYMENT FOR A MEETING???!!! I got asked to come back later. What on earth is the point of a "WALK IN CENTRE" if the customer has to come back later when it suits the agents to be at work!!!???
I am so disappointed in this product and the service I DO NOT seek any apology reply to this posting or for ANTBODY to contact me with empty apology's im sick and tired of this rubbish and its not even my first full month with Cell C, I will bad mouth the product as far as I can and after my 23 months has expired never go to cell c again!!!
