Were going on our 3d year contractin cellphone for both our kids. This is the second time both phones are faulty and need repairs done, that makes it 4 phones 2 years and we have to wait months at a time and they still deduct the money each month for NO SERVICES renderd, but they are very eager to deduct the money!! We decided to get the phones on contract to be in contact with our children and safety reasons!!! I need the phones asap... and eventually after deducting months and months service fees the cellfone comes back more damaged than ever before! Now we are sharing 1 phone betweem 3 people my own phone need to be replaced because of wear and tear, and I can not afford a new one for myself, rather thinking of my children!! Is CELL C going to give me a BLACKBERRY for free, I don't think so, are thy going to replace my childrens blackberrys!? When is this going to end... paying for no cellphones and services, getting my own phone used and abused! Very dissapointe, very!!! Can Cell C please make haste asap!!?? I am the wife of the account holder, he works shifts and I need to do all his bussiness for him, I've got full power of atorny, sighning powers ect! Awaiting response asap. Thank you!
